        At A8 Learning, we don't just talk about creating more human, connected, and purposeful workplaces. We live it every day.         Four-Day Work Week

         

        We work four days a week. Not compressed hours. Not "flexible Fridays". A genuine four-day week.

        Why? Because we believe in energy, not exhaustion. We've seen firsthand that well-rested, balanced people do better work. They think more creatively. They show up more fully. They stay longer. And they're happier.

        Our four-day week isn't a perk. It's a principle. It's how we make work sustainable, purposeful, and genuinely better. We're closed on Fridays. 

        Remote Working That Actually Works

         

        We're based in Brighton, but we work globally. Our team operates across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and North America.

        Remote working at A8 means:

        • True flexibility to work where you work best

        • Regular connection through collaborative projects and team check-ins

        • The freedom to design your day around your life, not the other way around

        • Access to a global network of clients, associates, and projects

        We've Turned the Interview Process on Its Head

         

        Traditional interviews are designed to catch you out. Ours are designed to help you shine. When you interview with us, we share our questions in advance. All of them. Because we want to see you at your best, not watch you stumble through surprise questions under pressure.

        We believe the interview process should be a conversation, not an interrogation. We want to know the real you—your thinking, your experience, your potential. And we want you to have every opportunity to showcase that.

        This approach reflects how we work: transparently, collaboratively, and with genuine respect for the people we work with.

        What would you be working on?

        At A8 Learning, no two projects are the same. You might be:

        • Designing a digital onboarding experience for the NHS

        • Facilitating leadership development for a global retail brand

        • Creating a customer experience immersion programme for hospitality teams

        • Mapping culture and values for a fast-growing tech company

        • Running C-me behavioural profiling sessions to unlock team potential

         

        Every project is rooted in our Power of 8 methodology - a behavioural science-backed approach that designs for the whole human. You'll work with clients who care about culture, learning, and making work genuinely better.
