We're obsessed.
In a good way.
We're learning designers, behavioural experts, change pioneers, world-class facilitators, creative superheroes and experience architects. We know a thing or two about people.
Our Story.
A8 Learning exists to create more human, connected, purposeful workplaces where learning isn't a one-off event - it's everyday growth. We're transformational change agents who energise people and organisations across the globe.
Founded by Chris and David Duncan-Scott, A8 Learning was built on a simple belief: work should be better. Not just more productive or more efficient, but genuinely better for the people who show up every day.
Chris is a creator, author, and world-class facilitator. He's written The A-8 of First Line Management and The A-8 of Learning, positioning himself as both theorist and practitioner. David brings complementary expertise that grounds our work in real-world business impact.
They've built a company that operates differently. Together.
Our values reflect who we are and how we work at our best. We're kind, curious, useful, and human. We work a four-day week because we believe in practising what we preach about better work.
We’re founder-led, and we like it that way. It keeps the work personal, the quality high, and the decisions fast. Chris is involved throughout — not just at the start — to make sure every programme reflects our standards and delivers meaningful behaviour change.
