You might want an in-person group workshop, packed with activities and conversation starters, or a more remote group where an online workshop may be more appropriate. It may be just one person where focussed coaching is required. We can help you determine which is the best approach for you and your teams.
3. Choose your add-ons
The profiles and the session are a great way to supercharge personal and team effectiveness. We have a range of other options that add even more value to your behavioural profiling experience. We can print profiles for you, we can supply each partiicpant with a set of coloured bricks that aid conversations back in the workplace, and we can produce a 'team wheel' when you use High Performance profiles - plotting each participants position - giving you and your colleagues a clear view of where everyones preferences are.
