Terms & Conditions

Buy Now, Use Later Terms 

Payment and Commitment 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Buy Now, Use Later agreement 

  • Payment confirms your commitment to the project as outlined in the agreed proposal 

  • All payments are held securely and allocated to your specific project 

Project Start Date 

  • You have 6 months from the date of payment to commence your project 

  • Project commencement is defined as the start of the discovery phase or first scheduled activity 

  • You must provide at least 4 weeks' notice of your preferred start date 

  • We will work with you to accommodate your preferred timeline, subject to team availability 

Pricing Protection 

  • The price agreed at the time of payment is fixed and will not increase 

  • This applies even if our standard day rates increase during the 12-month period 

Project Scope 

  • The project scope is defined in the proposal you agree to at the time of payment 

  • Any changes to scope after payment may require additional budget or timeline adjustments 

  • Minor amendments (less than one day of work) are included as standard 

Flexibility and Changes 

  • If your business needs change, we will work with you to adapt the project where possible 

  • Significant scope changes may require a new proposal and additional payment 

  • We are committed to finding solutions that deliver value, even when circumstances shift 

Cancellation and Refunds 

  • If you need to cancel before the project starts, we will refund 80% of the total payment 

  • The 20% administration fee covers proposal development, project planning, and team allocation 

  • Cancellations must be made in writing 

  • Once the project has commenced, our standard terms and conditions apply 

Expiry 

  • If the project has not commenced within 12 months of payment, the agreement will expire 

  • We will contact you at 9 months and 11 months to arrange a start date 

  • Extensions beyond 12 months may be agreed in writing, subject to team availability and potential pricing adjustments 

Standard Terms Apply 

  • Once your project commences, all standard A8 Learning terms and conditions apply 

  • This includes our milestone sign-off process, amendment policy, and quality assurance standards
