Why choose our signature facilitation skills programme?

Our two-day facilitation skills programme is a great opportunity for novice facilitators to gain the skills and confidence needed to lead a room for a facilitated session, and is ideal for more experienced facilitators to refine their skills and update their approach. It's not just for facilitators either - it's proved to be valuable for anyone that presents, leads meetings or needs to deliver any kind of public message too.

per workshop

To help us maintain the integrity of the learning activities in this workshop, we facilitate a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12 per workshop. If your numbers are different, speak to us and we will make a plan. Together. Includes all materials. 

Facilitator Behavioural Profiling - Supercharging Engagement (half day)

We use C-me behavioural profiling, using the language of colour, to identify our helpful and less helpful behaviours. Participants will complete an behavioural profile evaluator in advance of the session and will receive their profile during this add on workshop. Running over a half day (4 hours), we'll find out about our own preferences and also look at how we engage the different behaviour types in a learning environment - giving participants an experience that has been tailored to their strengths and preferences. 

£250 per participant

Based on a minimum of 6 participants, maximum 12.

Includes behavioural profile and half day facilitated session.

Venues, travel and VAT excluded. 

Live Session Observation and

Feedback (2 days)

When you have a programme that needs to make an impact, or when you want to give your facilitators the opportunity to practice and receive feedback in the moment - this is the perfect add-on to our facilitation skills programme. 

An intense 2 days of delivery for up to 6 participants. If you've got more than 6, we can run two of these add-on together. Why a maximum of 6? We value the time the participants have to be able to showcase their learning and receive valuable feedback to elevate their confidence and competence. 

This add-on is only available if participants have experienced our signature 2-day facilitation skills programme.

£3,200 per 2-day workshop

Based on a maximum of 6 participants.

Includes written feedback and development reccomendations.
