Our signature two-day Facilitation Skills programme gives people the confidence and practical tools to lead sessions that feel safe, purposeful and genuinely engaging.
We cover how to create psychological safety from the outset, how to use a range of engagement techniques to keep groups involved, and build the core facilitation skills that make discussions flow. Participants learn how to plan and prepare sessions properly, manage tricky situations and challenging dynamics in the moment, and leave with a clear, repeatable approach they can use straight away — plus all the essentials you’d expect from a robust facilitation programme.

Our one-day Practical Learning Design Masterclass helps people design learning that’s engaging, relevant and built to change behaviour at work.
Using the Power of 8, we explore how to structure a session so it flows well, holds attention and makes sense to busy adults. We cover proven engagement techniques, how to design for adult learners, and how to use activity and practice so learning moves beyond good intentions. The day finishes with a hands-on build: participants create a session or module they can use in their own world, with practical feedback and clear next steps to take it from draft to delivery.
