Time is never on your side in learning and development. When you have a busy operation, intensely focussed on the customer, releasing people from their day job to attend training can be a challenge. 

We partnered with OneFamily to design and deliver a toolkit for managers that provide learning when they needed it, and where they wanted to access it - putting learners fully in control of their learning journey.

As well as achieving a 5* Defaqto rating and 4.3 star TrustPilot score, OneFamily have also been externally recognised as Best Stocks and Shares ISA provider 2025 by World Business Outlook.

You can tell they are busy people. It's difficult to design and deliver training for everyone at the same time. They needed a solution that would be available when their managers needed it, in whatever order they needed it. They wanted control over their learning journey and that is exactly what we designed for them. 

We designed and built a number of digital learning assets, including some eLearning, that covered key topics in bite size formats - putting managers in control of what they learnt and when. 

This learning was backed up by in-person surgeries with the learning and development team to review learning, share challenges and further develop alongside their peers. 

The result? 

A 12 module, 36 asset manager toolkit with everything a manager needs to be successful in role. Even better, it's available 24/7 and can be used as often as a manger needs it.
